The full medical network, hospital treatment and emergencies, with a lower premium in exchange for paying a small amount per consultation or test. For people who see a doctor a few times a year it usually adds up.

Medical cover without co-payment

The same full cover, with nothing to pay per consultation. A fixed premium and no surprises, designed for families with children or for anyone who uses the policy often.

Reimbursement of expenses

You choose any doctor or hospital, inside or outside the network and outside Spain too, and Mapfre pays back a percentage of the cost. For people who already have a trusted specialist or who travel a lot.

Essential and dental cover

An option with primary care and specialists but no hospital cover, at a lower premium, plus dental insurance as an add-on or on its own. Good ways in if you have never had private cover.

Video consultation, medical chat and app

Video consultations, 24-hour chat with doctors, appointments, authorisations and prescriptions from the Mapfre Salud app. And if the app defeats you, we set it up for you at the office.

What people ask us in the office about health insurance

It depends on the age of each person insured, on the option chosen and on whether it includes a co-payment. Give us the dates of birth and we will give you the exact premium in under 24 hours, over WhatsApp or at the office.
It is a small amount you pay each time you use a service, in exchange for a lower monthly premium. It is worth it if you see a doctor a few times a year. If you have children or use the policy often, the option without co-payment usually works out better.
No. You fill in a health questionnaire when you take out the policy. Answering it honestly matters, and we help you do it at the office so there are no problems later on.
For some cover there is, such as hospital treatment or planned procedures. Emergency treatment after an accident has none. If you are coming from another insurer without a break, the time already insured can be credited to reduce or remove waiting periods.
The Mapfre network includes centres and specialists in the south of the island and in Santa Cruz. Before you take out the policy we show you the list at the office so you can see exactly where you would go.
Yes. You do not need to see a GP first or get a referral: you book directly with a specialist in the network, from the app or by phone.
You do not: everything can be done over WhatsApp with a remote signature. But if you would rather see it in person, we are at Av. Juan Carlos I, 20, in Los Cristianos, just above the 99, and you do not need an appointment.
