Third party

Compulsory third-party liability plus legal defence and roadside assistance from kilometre zero. For an older car with little market value it is usually the sensible option, and we will say so.

Third party plus

Adds theft, fire and glass breakage to the basic cover. The middle ground for a car that is no longer new but that you would rather not lose overnight.

Fully comprehensive, with or without excess

Covers damage to your own car even when the fault is yours, with new-for-old value in the first year. An excess brings the premium down: with your model in front of us we work out whether it pays off.

24 h roadside assistance

Recovery truck and transport for passengers at any hour, on the island and off it. On the TF-1 on a Sunday afternoon it is the cover people are most grateful for.

Garages and courtesy car

Free choice of garage or the Mapfre approved network, and a replacement car while yours is being repaired if you take it as an add-on. We help you choose a garage here in the south.

Optional cover that actually gets used

Fine defence, compensation if your licence is withdrawn, weather damage, trailers up to 750 kg, battery and charging cable on electric cars. We tell you which ones make sense for you instead of filling the policy with extras.

It depends on the car, your age, how long you have held your licence and your claims history. There is no single rate that fits everyone. Send us the registration over WhatsApp or drop into the office and we will give you the real price for your case in under 24 hours.
Third party plus adds theft, fire and glass to the compulsory cover. Fully comprehensive also covers damage to your own car even when the fault is yours, with or without an excess. With your vehicle details we tell you whether the step up is worth it.
Yes. You can take the car to any garage you like or to one in the Mapfre approved network. If you would rather use one nearby in the south of the island, we can point you to it from the office.
Yes, we do it every day. We need your driving licence, the vehicle registration document and your details. If the licence was not issued in the European Union there are a few extra requirements, and we explain them before you take out the policy, in your language.
If you need recovery, Mapfre assistance runs 24 hours. For the claim, message us on WhatsApp with the photos and the accident report, call us or come to the office. We open the claim ourselves and keep you updated.
You can, but the timing matters: the policy is cancelled at renewal provided notice is given in advance, normally a month before. Tell us when yours renews and we will organise it so you are not left without cover for a single day.
You do not: everything can be done over WhatsApp with a remote signature. But if you would rather see it in person, we are at Av. Juan Carlos I, 20, in Los Cristianos, just above the 99, and you do not need an appointment.
